Vedàbèn Se

Vedàbèn Se (/ˈvedə/ /bɛn/ [spell (of magic)] [raw]) is a subtropical Town located in Greyedge Dutchy, Tafogin Provence, within the Dalandic Empire.

The name Vedàbèn Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Vedàbèn Se was founded by Trêb Glkêv Wales, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Vedàbèn Se has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Vedàbèn Se was founded durring the early 11th century, by Trêb Glkêv Wales. The establishment of Vedàbèn Se was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Trêb Glkêv Wales struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vedàbèn Se as a prison colony.

Vedàbèn Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vedàbèn Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Vedàbèn Se is buildings are located arround a single broad gravel mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The town's exceptionaly well made fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

A look around Vedàbèn Se seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.

Stone exteriors are massive and grandiose in their symmetry; interiors are typically polished and lavishly decorated with sculptures, swags, medallions, flowers, and shields. Interiors will often have a grand stairway and opulent ballroom..
